  Went here with my bf and waited 20-30 minutes to be seated while we were looking at a bunch of empty seats the whole time. When we asked the man at the door if we could sit down he told us no and said someone had to seat us. After finally getting someone to sit us down it took them another 30 minutes to come and take our order! When we asked a random waitress that was just passing by what was going on she said "no one took your order yet?!" We told her no, she walked away like she was going to fix it and we never seen her again. After that a guy kept stopping by every 5-10 minutes saying that he will be taking our order soon, you would think all the time he spent doing that he would have just gotten our order out the way! We are not difficult at all we already knew what we wanted walking in! When he finally got to us he was rude, told us we couldn't get the 1/2 off wings( it was Tuesday, and we had JUST missed the special) maybe we would have gotten it if it didn't take them so long to get our order or sit us down! The guy was not apologetic at all didn't even try to fix the situation so we got up and left! I would not recommend going here at all!!

  Terrible service. I've been waiting for my carryout for almost an hour, while 5 people behind me have ordered, gotten their food, and left. If you go to a buffalo wild wings, go to the one in Lansing 10 minutes away.

  By far the worst service I have ever received. The place was empty yet it took them 15 minutes to sit us. The table we sat in was slightly dirty and there was a bunch of garbage under our table so the waitress said she would be right back to sweep it up (Never did). Once seated we waited 21 minutes to have someone even ask for our drinks and in between that same waitress from before asked if we had been helped when I said no she said she would be right back to take our order (she never did). The waitress that finally took our order never asked us if we needed anything, didn't give us napkins, never brought us refills and I had to ask someone else to bring us the stuff I asked that she never did. When it came time to pay she kept passing us by while I tried to get her attention to grab the check. When she finally grabbed it she snatched the receipt and my card. Worst service in this location. If you want better service drive the extra 10 minutes to the location on Ridge Rd!

  Horrible. Slow service. Waitresses talking more than paying attention to tables. Taking forever to take orders. The table had gnats flying around which was not only nasty but annoying. Never again.

  Our waitress only took half the tables order and then walked away. After we got our food (someone else brought it out) we didn't see her again and had to go ask for the check. Food was good and pretty quick. But service overall was bad.
