  This is the second time i have came and have got poor service. Our waitress Monica was very rude and had poor customer service skills this is the second time I have had the server then on top of that are drinks was slow coming out they forget side dishes for food and the biggest reason why we came was for my nephew 3rd birthday. Everyone got their Happy Birthday song in their free dessert when my nephew we set there and the way the server came out with the desert it was just so rude and disrespectful she came out with the desert in her hand like here here's your birthday dessert. I felt so angry and upset that my nephew was waiting for his ice cream and cake for us to sing Happy Birthday to him and he felt so let down and so sad and he was crying in the car .He said auntie you said they was going to sing Happy Birthday to me. Today was his special day and she ruined it basically it was like a waste of money and a waste of our time when we could have went some elsewhere she was not appreciative of us being there and serving us. When we go to other places. Other waiters aks how is your food ? Do you need anything else? Can I help you with anything. She didn't do none of that she don't have great customer service skills at all and we wasn't the only one complaining about her poor customer service skills and she charged us for both Desserts when one was free and the other one comes with the to 2 for $35. Poor poor service that she honestly needs to lose her job. . I would like to speak with corporate about their waitress Thank you

  I placed an online order to be ready at 6:55pm. I arrived at 6:58pm. The to-go person confirmed my order. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my order. Once my order was ready, I realized my wings which I paid for were not includes in my order. The server then said, oh you ordered boneless right? I said no I didn't. She said yes you did. So, I pulled out my email confirmation and showed her my order. She then proceeded to tell me that I ordered boneless wings when I clearly ordered the 'signature wings.' So anyway she told me I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive the wings. It's now 7:30pm, 35 minutes after the promised time and I'm still waiting. Chili's, please train your staff on the menu and time management please. Also, why don't your people wear gloves in the kitchen? During my wait time, I had the opportunity to observe servers and kitchen prep staff not wearing gloves. One server picked up a bunch on a sandwich to look at it before delivering it to a guest. I also witnessed servers using the POS to ring up customers and then going to kitchen and touching food with their bear hands. That's unacceptable. Please do better if you want the community to support this business. Thank you!
