  I love this Harold's. I use to go to the Harold's on 87th and Stony Island years ago. But this particular Harold's is currently my favorite. My food is always on point.The only Flaw is They can never answer the phone to take orders. This is the worst part.

  HORRIBLE LOCATION! They're always under staffed and food takes longer than usual. They pick and choose whenever they want to place call in orders. I've called several times and NEVER got an answer... when I came in the place wasn't busy at all. Cashier is rude and they frequently mess up orders. PS. No refunds and card payments must have matching ID.

  They are expensive but cheap to their customers. I ordered a large order of chicken and was given only two small cups of sauce. The same Amount of sauce would be used for a 3pc. How? 25 wings and two small cups of sauce!!!!! Then made me pay $2.00 more to get extra that wasn't but even enough. I'll never go back. Horrible service!

  This is the best Harold's I've been to. I was skeptical eating here at first given the location but it was VERY delicious. The employees were very kind and courteous. They asked for my ID when using my credit card. The chicken was fresh. They gave me plenty of sauce without completely drowning my chicken. The wait time was no more than 15 minutes. People were in and out. I love it here. Great place to get yummy food.

  Harold's the way I remember! It's been a while since I've been to Harold's. I used to go to the one Uptown or on Harrison St downtown but both have been closed for a long time. I was driving by and saw it and decided to stop. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first as I might have decided to skip it. I ordered the lunch special. Expected the wait time, about 15 minutes. The cashier was pleasant, professional and gracious. Asked for IDs with credit card users, and I'm all for that! People were coming in and out who had placed phone orders, no issues with any of them while I was there. My order was perfect- plenty of sauce, chicken fresh, just as I remembered. Will definitely visit this location again.
