  We have been twice this week. Its a waitress name Christmas. She is the best and so full of energy and thats a good thing. Everyone else was like blah blah and in ther feelings.

  I only come to this Applebees because of their specials, but the service is terrible. The waitresses have bad attitudes, don't smile or anything, they just aren't pleasant. The only good workers I've encountered is Mieshe, Ora and Ms. Traci, the manager. The GM is so unprofessional and instead of interacting with guest, she entertains her boyfriend. Also this location drinks are terrible and you can never taste any alcohol, I don't know if it's the mixes or what, but I'm a Bartender and the drinks are poor quality. Once I found out who the GM was, I see why service is terrible. Lead by example.
